Cast your mind back to January 1st this year and you were likely to fall into one of two camps – the ‘hungover i’m never doing it again’ or the ‘i’m feeling, chirpy, perky and embracing the new year with positive vibes’ camp. With the days of freezing my tush off waiting for fireworks on Westminster Bridge long gone I fell into the latter. New Years Day was spent ‘enjoying’ a brisk walk in the icy temperatures before hitting the Starbucks in St Katharine Docks to do some thinking. It was time for New Years Resolutions to be made!

Proof that I was taking the New Years Resolution making very seriously – those Christmas cups will be back before you know it!

The problem I faced was not what resolutions to make but how I was going to achieve them, still I pressed on and came up with a pretty impressive plan for my new personal webpage and active blog, the website I noted, would be ‘updated regularly and not only focus on the day to day life of a Matchmaker but also focus on research and pioneering studies into dating and relationships’. Hmmmm. Why then on August 23rd 2013 am I making my first post? I’m sure the usual excuses won’t fly so I won’t try but it has been a reallllyyyy busy year…promise!

So what’s this blog going to be about? Through my work as a personal Matchmaker, my role as founder and Director of London’s Leading Introduction Agency and as a date coach and expert I see, hear, meet and do a lot of things to do with affairs of the heart. I love my work and each day I learn things that I think would be beneficial for others to know too. So in a not so small nutshell this blog will be made up of anecdotes, advice, case studies, stories and research but mainly the ramblings of a London Matchmaker who doesn’t quite live the exciting Millionaire Matchmaker lifestyle people think…I wish!

P.S For those of you looking for juicy gossip about clients i’m afraid it aint gonna happen, all client information is kept strictly confidential, well you wouldn’t want all your dating life exposed for all to see right?!
